I mean, I'm not eating from 7...I think it does. I mean, I'm not eating from 7-8pm the night before (if I have a snack at night) up until about 6 pm the next day. So technically, it's almost 24hours of no food. I think it's a good way to really appreciate what you eat. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
